i got blonde pintura highlights!! | DevaChan salon experience | 3c/4a hair 👩🏽‍🦰

hi everyone! I finally got the opportunity to visit the DevaChan Salon in Soho, NY on January 12. DevaCurl was kind enough to offer me these services for free (i’ve been on their PR list for a few years).

my stylist Vida used Schwarzkopf color on my hair along with lightener and low level developer. I’m not sure of the exact color etc but I put complete trust in her and I got the exact color I wanted. The pintura highlighting technique is unique to DevaCurl as the technique is done curl by curl to ensure accurate color distribution.. this is one of the main reasons I wanted it done by a Deva stylist.

Vida has been a licensed cosmetologist for longer than I’ve been alive which gave me even more comfort in her. I’m super grateful and very happy with my results.

Ashley was the stylist who washed and styled my hair.
