⦿ 𝚃𝚘 𝙺𝚗𝚎𝚍𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚃𝚑𝚎 𝙼𝚊𝚒𝚍𝚊➼
1. Maida----------------------------------------------- 500g
2. Water------------------------------------------------ 220 ml

⦿ 𝚃𝚘 𝙼𝚊𝚔𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚃𝚑𝚎 𝙵𝚒𝚕𝚕𝚒𝚗𝚐 ➼
1. Paneer------------------------------ 500g
2. Coriander Leaves------------- 50g
3. Onion-------------------------------- 250g
4. Salt(To Taste)------------------ To Taste
5. Ajinomoto------------------------ Equal To Salt
6. Chings Masala---------------- Half T/s
7. Black Pepper------------------- 1 Pinch

⦿ 𝙲𝚘𝚘𝚔𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝙼𝚎𝚝𝚑𝚘𝚍 ➼

𝟭. 𝗧𝗼 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴➡
○ Take Fine Chopped Onion and Coriander in a bowl
.
○ Mass the Paneer and add chopped vegetable.
○ Add all dry spices.
○ Mix it well.

𝟮. 𝗧𝗼 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 & 𝗣𝗲𝗱𝗮➡
○ Use 44% Water Of Maida.
○ Kneading the Maida properly and apply refined oil and take rest for 30 minutes.
○ After rest re-kneading the Maida properly.
○ Now make peda about 8 gram.

𝟯. 𝗧𝗼 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴 & 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻➡
○ Rolling(Belna) the peda.
○ Fill vegetables on his and shape the Momos ( Filling quantity about 12 to 15 gram).


𝟰. 𝗧𝗼 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘀➡
○ Boil water in steamer.
○ Apply the refined oil on steamer.

○ Keep the momos in steamer.

○ Steam for 10 minutes ( For full steam).
