Healing Your Inner Child | Guided Meditation for Women
💗Blessings Beloved Sister! 💗 This guided meditation and visualization journey is a sacred portal to deeply connect with your precious inner child. Your inner child is the free spirited, playful, and childlike part of your subconscious mind that still experiences life as a child. Your inner child can also carry memories, experiences, and wounds from your childhood that need healing. In this guided meditation curated with women in mind, offer her the love, compassion, tenderness, and nurturing she needs to fully integrate into wholeness within your heart. May this practice bring your inner child healing and remind you of your innocence. May you truly feel the Love that you are. 🙏

To receive the most from this healing practice, you are invited and encouraged to create a sacred container for yourself - whatever that means for you. Take at least a few minutes beforehand to create a space where you can deeply relax (maybe light candles, smudge yourself, take a bath, whatever helps you feel most open to receive). After the meditation, ideally give yourself at least 10 to 20 minutes to rest, integrate, and ground - (journal, rest in nature, lie down, whatever feels most nourishing for you). Before bed is also a beautiful time to practice, so that you can integrate in the dream realm.
