My joke chose celery Instead for coriander because my two daughters don’t like It.
One If them also allergic against eggs. Actually very delicious to have an egg stir in the bowl at the end with a hot joke before eating. Egg make “ joke” tastes a lot better.
Ingredients
For 4 persons
4 cups of cooked rice
1-2 vegetable or chicken broth
1/2 liters water
1-2 chicken breast
1teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2tablespoon soy sauce
1 carrot
1/2 leek
1-2 Stem celery
1-2 egg

Serve with
Eggs (If you want)
Roast garlic
Roast White pepper
Roast Chili pepper
Fish sauce
Fine chopped ginger
Vinegar
Fine chopped green onions
Fine chopped coriander (if you want)
