Negativity.
It takes such a toll. Whether it be mentally, physically, or emotionally, however, it normally ends up being all three. As hard as we try to avoid it, it somehow always surfaces. The least we can do is acknowledge it but know we are better than it to let it affect us.

This video was shot in 1 hour. I got there with barely any clue on what to do but I had a song and a couch, so here's what came out of it. Therapy is how I would describe it.
