Today I want to share with you curry Udon!

Curry Udon one of the most popular Udon among all generations as well as curry rice.

I have a strong preference for Curry Udon, and I want to share it with you!

May be you will understand what I mean by that when you have a bite!

〈Onsen Tamago〉
2 large eggs
〈Curry soup〉
3 cups water (720ml)
1 stick dashi powder (5g or 1 teaspoon )
1/2 box curry / curry roux
1 tablespoon mirin
1 tablespoon soy sauce
〈other ingredients〉
Tenkasu
Sweet and savory thin sliced beef
Chopped scallion
2 servings Udon noodles
