My mini project ⚡|PLC&SCADA Based load controlling and monitoring🔥#eeeprojects#industrialautomation

This is my mini project on a PLC and SCADA based Load Controlling and Monitoring System.

In this project, I used a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) to control different electrical loads and a SCADA system to monitor their status in real time. The main aim is to automate load operations and make monitoring simple and efficient.

In this system, we can connect multiple three-phase loads. For testing, I connected one three-phase induction motor and one light load. The PLC controls these loads based on the programmed logic, and their status can be monitored through the SCADA interface.

This project also includes important protection features like overload indication and protection, which helps to protect the system from damage. Additionally, phase indicators are used to show the availability of each phase, ensuring proper operation of the loads.

This type of system is widely used in industries for automation, where manual control is difficult and time-consuming. It improves efficiency, safety, and reliability.

Overall, this project demonstrates how PLC and SCADA can be used together for smart control, real-time monitoring, and protection of electrical loads.

A practical step towards industrial automation 🚀
