I don’t even like new construction homes… but here’s why I’d STILL buy one over an older house right now 👀
Builders are offering:
Below-market interest rates
Covered discount points
Paid closing costs
Lower insurance premiums
Brand-new systems and better efficiency
HOA amenities most buyers want

BUT build quality matters. Some builders are great. Some… not so much.
