So the Army foundation college Harrogate is a training establishment that allows junior entry into the British Army. Recruits that go through that process have their phase one (Basic Training) spread over an extended period of time. This allows recruits to also develop skills such as education and sport.
It can be a great opportunity to gain key life skills for a solid foundation to launch a military career or even a career outside the military.
