This is Roxette in there best playful mood, a genuine glimmering sing-along pop song with fantastic vocals from Marie. I think “Piece Of Cake” was the very last song Roxette recorded. The album “Good Karma” took forever to make, and by the end everyone was pretty exhausted so we never really got around to finish this track. But having a fresh listen to it years later, I realized all pieces were there – it just needed a good mix.
