How To Add Addons To GMod Server

There are two ways to add addons to a Garry's Mod server: mounting them through a Steam Workshop collection, or dropping files directly into the addons folder. This video covers both methods, when to use each one, and why addons that work in single player sometimes break on a dedicated server. Clients need to download the same addons the server is running, or they'll spawn in with missing textures and errors.
