Lola Astanova, is a Russian-American pianist noted for her interpretations of compositions by Chopin, Liszt and Rachmaninoff, visual performance.
Her mother was a music teacher.
She began studying at the V. Uspensky Specialized School of Music for Gifted Children in Uzbekistan at age six.
She later took lessons under Lev Naumov at the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory.
she has received great attention for her fashion sense, being named as one of the Top 10 Style Icons in Classical Music by Limelight magazine.
She was hailed as a child prodigy, touring around the world and performing with renowned orchestras by the age of eight.
In 2019 Astanova released her version of Carol of the Bells produced by Julio Reyes Copello.
