So it's official.. I won a 1 euro home in Sambuca of Sicily! In fact, I won both of the 2 euro homes that I bid on in the last auction. This video explains my reasons for choosing the properties that I did, and my expected budget for completion. Of course I can't predict the future, but it's best to plan ahead and we'll adjust as we go along.
