Living in Rome's Trastevere area. Tips for college students and tourists!
This video provides tips for tourists and college kids who live or are just passing by the residential part of Trastevere. In this video I give advice for everyday activities such as grocery stores, gyms, pubs and even a hotel where my family has stayed twice before in the past. I also provide info on getting to and from Trastevere and how you can reach the nearest metro which is Piramide of the metro B line. You'll also learn the pronunciation of Trastèvere!!
The place where I shot the intro of the video is the lungotevere and you can access it via Ponte Testaccio and Ponte Sublicio. It's good to for a walk and take pics at sunset. However I wouldn't go there at night as it can be a bit too secluded.
Buses not mentioned in the video:
1. Bus 170 will also take you to Termini.
2. Buses 719 and 718 take you by Piramide.
3. Bus 781 takes you to Teatro Marcello and thus the Altare della Patria
