We've been doing a LOT more consulting with real estate investors lately. We've found that this is a good group of clients to work with, because they tend to purchase multiple houses, and they'll often been looking at or holding more than one property at a time. They need a lot of construction and contracting advice!

Fortunately, that's exactly what we provide at Honest Carpenter Consulting. Our team of former contractors has been working with real estate investors all over the country to help them understand the properties they're purchasing, and the contracting issues that come with those properties.
