• Co-hosting removes capital risk and teaches the business from the inside. You learn pricing, demand cycles, guest expectations, cleaning costs, and operational failures without paying rent or deposits.
• Most people skip this phase and go straight to arbitrage. That is where losses happen.
• After 3 to 6 months of co-hosting, numbers become predictable. At that point, rental arbitrage is no longer guessing. It is execution.
• Using the same systems, vendors, and pricing logic, scale becomes controlled.
