Miami Dolphins DE Charles Harris surprises handicapped Mom with Chrysler Van and House!

It's not always about the flashy cars, fancy rims, loud systems, or expensive wraps, and being able to work with Charles Harris and make his vision come to life is sentiment to that.  This whole process was a year in the making as Charles wanted to surprise his Mom and Grandparents with a new home and car in Tifton, Georgia.  Charles drove the uHaul 18 hours from Missouri for the surprise. Special delivery of the van Adam drove down to Georgia from Roxboro. The van is a brand new Chrysler Pacifica, fully equipped with a handicap accessibility conversion lift.
