John Singer Sargent Study of Rosina Ferrara

In this video I make an oil study of an early painting by John Singer Sargent. I spent roughly ninety minutes on it using Canson oil painting paper. I used synthetic and natural hair brushes. Colors used: Titanium white mixed with Lead white, Cad Yellow light, Yellow ochre, Burnt Sienna, Cad red medium, Raw umber, Cassel or German earth, Cobalt blue Medium is linseed oil.
