Part of The Pilates Reset: 28 Days to Feel Aligned, Energised & Confident
We’re now into Week 3 of The Pilates Reset, and if you’re feeling a little tighter, more tired, or carrying extra tension in your hips, glutes, or lower back—you’re not alone. This is so common as we deepen our practice and our bodies respond.
That’s why this week’s live session is all about release and renewal. We’ll slow down, tune in, and give your body the care it’s been asking for.
In this gentle, nourishing practice, we’ll:
✅ Release deep tension in the hips and glutes (hello, piriformis & gluteus medius!)
✅ Ease lower back tightness with mindful mobility and breath
✅ Use supported, restorative movements to calm the nervous system
✅ Recharge your energy with quiet, intentional flow
Whether you’ve been consistent or have had to adapt along the way, this session meets you exactly where you are. No strain, no pressure—just kindness, support, and deep relief.
I’ll be guiding you with modifications throughout and answering your questions live, because this is your space to be seen, supported, and soothed.
