• Unit of energy = kwh (Kilo Watt Hour)
• For Example 100 watt bulb incandescent bulb:
• 100 Watt bulb, working for 10 hour per day
• 100 Watt= 0.1 Kilo Watt (1000 Watt= 1Kilo Watt)
• Total energy = 0.1 Kilowatt X 10 hour = 1 kWh/day
• For Example 10 watt bulb LED bulb:
• 10 Watt bulb, working for 10 hour per day
• 10 Watt= 0.01 Kilo Watt (1000 Watt= 1Kilo Watt)
• Total energy = 0.01 Kilowatt X 10 hour = 0.1 kWh/day

Colour Temperature of LED & What is the Difference?
Colour temperature is measured in Kelvin (K), The three common ranges: Warm Light (2700K-3000K); Cool White (3000K-5000K), &Daylight (5000K-6500K).
Warm Light resembles the colour of an incandescent bulb with a colour shade of orange or yellow.
Cool White ranges from Yellow-White (3000K) to White (4000K) to Blue-White (5000K).
Daylight ranges from Blue-White (5000K) to Bright Blue (6500K).
While lighting preferences are purely subjective to person to person, research & studies have shown that these three ranges of light have different effects on sleep cycle, productivity, and mood. Warm Light shade is relaxing which in turn helps people to calm down and prepare for sleep. Cool White and Daylight contain blue spectra of the light which helps people be wakeful, productive, attentive, and improves moods.
Warm Light colour LED lights may be desired in the place to relax like Living Room, Hallways, Bedrooms, etc.
Cool White colour LED lights is a good choice where places required attention and focus like study room, office, kitchens, Bathrooms, etc.
Regarding Blue-White colour LEDs there are some issues regarding health of people because of blue hazards.
