What’s going on guys! In today’s video, I'm going over a 15 minute workout that you can do from anywhere as long as you have a set of dumbbells. It consists of 5 different exercises that you will perform 3 rounds of those 5 exercises. If you can't do 3 rounds to start then try for 1 or 2 and come back the next week and aim for 3 rounds or 4-5!
We are going for a 1:1 work-to-rest ratio. 30 seconds of work and 30 seconds of rest.
