hi friends this is my day 58&59 video of lean muscle mass series. starting the day with warm water and anulom vilom and pranayama after that. had uttapam along with curd for breakfast. then had my 1scoop superyou fermented protein along with 1 scoop creatine. today was compund exercise day so started with 3 sets deadlift then barbell rowing, then did squats leg press and calf exercise. then did treadmill for 10 min with 15 inclineand 5 speed. then had chickpeas paneer salad for lunch.then i evng I had gone for 1 hour walk. then had khidki in dinner #lean #deadlift t #minivlog
