Children at Slam Out Loud show that access to art and artistic opportunities creates a world where our children, no matter where they come from, get to engage their authentic voice and spirit in their learning.

This talk has poems on identity that makes the audience reflect deeply on the multiple facets of what makes us, us and the role of creative expression in creating a space for ALL children to dream bigger, achieve greater and create their own future. Slam Out Loud is a for-mission, non profit that uses performance and visual art to build creative confidence life and learning skills in underserved children.

Through their fellowship for artists, training of teachers and community leaders and ready to use e-learning assets they make art based learning to 55000 disadvantaged children across rural and urban India. Their children are the biggest testimony to the transformational power of the arts and their programs.
