Full Body Calisthenics Routine For Intermediate (Follow Along)
Let's up the intensity a bit with this Intermediate Full Body Calisthenics routine! In this workout we will still be focusing on the basic fundamental exercises and movement patterns that we have in bodyweight training! Remember, if the routine is too hard, just do what you can (less reps, easier progression etc.) and if the routine is too easy just do more reps or put a weight vest or a weight belt on and perform the entire routine ;) Hit us up with any questions and/or future videos ideas! Let's get stronger!!!

WORKOUT:
1. Regular dips (12x reps)
2. Wide pull ups (8x reps)
3. Elevated pike push ups (6x reps)
4. Body rows (10x reps)
5. Diamond push ups (15x reps)
6. Regular push ups (20x reps)
7. Pistol squats (5x reps each side)
8. L-sit on dip bar (20x secs)
-REPEAT 3X or 4X.
-No rest between exercises.
-Rest 2-3 minutes in between each round.
PS: You can also do this routine in "reps & sets" style.
