Doing a FULL FACE of Glam On A TREADMILL

Yeah......... it's come to this. But hey, what better time to do a full face of glam makeup on a treadmill than for New Years? Your resolution to be healthier - whatever that may mean for you, starts here! Work out with me or just laugh at my pain and suffering.

One more extra reminder that this is just for fun and cardio is great for heart health, wether you're looking to lose weight, get strong, or just keep doin you. I am not telling ANYONE to lose weight- ever ever ever. My current workout regimen is strictly for a bikini fitness competition and is not meant to be sustainable long-term. It's also under the supervision of a professional with decades of experience - emulate being the healthiest version of you, reaching new goals, and all that good stuff but do not emulate my workout routine just cause I'm doing it. Eat those cookies for the both of us and I'll catch up with ya in a few months. :P
