Most ankle injuries do not happen because the ankle is fragile.
They happen because the system around it was never trained to handle the demands being placed on it.

Every time you run, jump or change direction, your ankle is the first thing that has to react.

If the stability and control is not there, it fails under pressure.
The fix is not taping it and hoping for the best.

It is building the capacity to handle load before the ankle is asked to do it at full speed.
