Update on 1060 Hybrid Mod: Adding a Copper Shim

UPDATE! We had to re-mod our GTX 1060 Hybrid mod. It wasn't working properly. We were hitting high idle (but still safe temperatures), and after taking it apart, we realized that the GPU wasn't making full contact to the CLC coldplate.
