Alex Smith LIFE THREATENING Infection - Doctor Explains SEPSIS

After suffering a compound fracture of his tibia and fibula in November 2018, Alex Smith developed an infection that turned into a life threatening condition known as sepsis. After a total of 17 surgeries, doctors were able to save his leg and give him a change at returning to the NFL.
