Planning and Backlog Refinement What are Story Points - SCRUM Course

Today we are going to talk about Planning and Refinement.
The Sprint Planning initiates the Sprint, during this meeting you see the PO defining the priorities for the SPRINT, and the Development team decides how much they can take in each SPRINT.
During the backlog refinement, we process the backlog items with the goal to leave them in a ready state. So we analyse them, we add details, we reshape them, and we estimate them using story points (more on this later).
