FINALLY got my haircut by a CURLY HAIR specialist at the DevaChan Salon in Culver City! A DevaCut is a haircut performed on dry hair. This is GREAT for curls so you can see how your hair is going to look when its curly. I also added more hightlights but this time using a Pintura Highlight technique!
