In Invincible one of the most mysterious characters is actually the top secret Detective known as Damien Darkblood, and we see this character pretty often in Season 1 as he investigates Omni Man’s attack on the Guardians of the Globe and eventually discovers the truth despite it being too late when he does, but when Damien isn’t solving crimes in our realm he spends all of his time inbetween earth where he now lives, and in Hell where previously we learn from the Handbook of the Invincible Universe that he was once a senior demon in the hierarchy of the underworld but he keeps the secret of why he left Hell very close to his chest. Beyond that we find out that animals behave very strangely in his presence, and as a Demon, Damien isn’t able to cross anything that humans consider a boundary or a barrier, meaning without being invited in he can’t go through a door or even talk to someone from infront of their cubicle at work without walking to the entrance first, however despite this weakness he’s still extremely intuitive in his cases and gets to be so persistent because of his amazing healing factor, which has healed him from injuries that took off large sections of his body in the past. We may not see him all that much again in the series, however just know that if ANYTHING needs investigating, this is probably the guy to go for it.
