Here Claire Harper talks about Change Management and her biggest experience of this arriving at Sainsbury's. Their head office was in London - which alienated the rest of the employees based around the country.

One of her solutions she expands on here is that they changed the name of Sainsbury's headquarters to Store Support Centre and senior management were encouraged to spend more time around the country at the company's stores. This 'back to the floor' mentality helped management receive valuable feedback and ideas which helped them decide strategy going forward.
