Two years ago in Berlin, the first wraparound smartwatch came into my life in the form of the “Nubia Alpha,” an inspiring but early prototype of a wearable that fully leaned into the curved-screen concept. While the Nubia Alpha did eventually make it to market, the company is already following it up with the simpler, (slightly) svelter sequel, the “Nubia Watch.”
