IC Series Valves are Easy to Maintain

The simple construction of the Equilibar IC series industrial valves with its single flexible membrane diaphragm makes it easy to maintain. This video shows you the steps involved in maintaining the valve.

1. Order a replacement diaphragm and O-rings
2. Remove the reference pressure on the cap.
3. Loosen the bolts and remove the reference cap.
4. Remove and dispose of the old O-rings and diaphragm.
5. Clean the orifice plate and cap.
6. Use the new diaphragm and O-rings from your repair kit to reassemble the valve.
7. Bolt the cap and orifice plate to the regulator body and torque the bolts to the prescribed value.
8. Reconnect the reference pressure
9. The valve is ready for use
