Leaving the USA for Italy. Why did I do it?
Moving to Italy is no easy decision. Here I discuss why I did it and why I choose to leave the US. I also have advice for anyone looking to move to Italy AND some important questions to ask yourself before you do so.
Moving to Italy from the USA is no easy transition and it wasn’t easy for me as well. I think everyone has difficulty in the beginning. But the key is to persevere and to be as prepared as much as possible before you move. One of the best ways to do that is to save up as much money as you possibly can because you will undoubtably incur plenty of expenses in the beginning both expected and unexpected.
My best advice is that if you can, make the leap and try your hand at Italian life. Even if it doesn’t work out, you will have satisfied this curiosity. Who knows! You may end up with a better life here! Buona Fortuna!
Sorry for the audio quality! I am working on trying to determine and fix the problem!
