1 - Catch and release
Once you feel you have something, don't hold onto it with power.
2 - Concede realistically
Feel your training partner's counter and decide how you want to concede into the next movement.
3 - Put yourself in bad positions
Then chain to hit a few good. You can counter back and forth and hit strings of 2-3 before you should concede to your partner.
4 - Balance feel and thinking
Flowing is a balance between knowing the next movement to hit and feeling the next movement. Being willing to feel and play is just as important as knowing what should be next.
5 - Have fun with it and keep the pace high
Flow rolling is one of the best ways to play with your technique and sequencing - but also your cardio. It going to be tiring, but try to go non-stop for the whole round!
