Welcome back to Cozy Craftery! ☕✂️ Today, we are turning literal backyard branches into the ultimate aesthetic room decor: a DIY Floral Candle Tree.

I used a super fun (and slightly messy!) ice water and melted wax technique to form these delicate little flower petals right onto the wood. It is the perfect, relaxing craft for a slow weekend.

✨ WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
• Bare branches & a sturdy vase
• Candle wax (soy or beeswax blend)
• Soft pink candle dye
• A wax melting pot
• A bowl of ice water (with ice cubes!)
• Hand moisturizer

🌸 THE STEP-BY-STEP ICE WATER METHOD:
1. Set the Scene: Arrange your bare branches in your vase so your "canvas" is ready.
2. Prep: Safely melt your candle wax and add your dye. Set up a bowl of ice water right next to it. Crucial: Apply a thick layer of moisturizer to your hands so the wax slides off easily!
3. The Ice Dip: Dip four fingers directly into the ice water to get them nice and cold.
4. The Wax Dip: Immediately pull your cold fingers out and dip them into the warm, melted wax. The cold temperature will instantly catch a layer of wax on your fingertips!
5. The Transfer: Quickly bring your wax-coated fingers to your bare branch, press gently, and slide your fingers out so the wax "flower" stays attached to the wood.
6. Bloom: Repeat the process (Ice Water ➡️ Warm Wax ➡️ Branch) until your tree is fully blooming!
