My 3 go-to drinks for clear skin *calms acne + eczema*

At different times I’ve my life, I’ve relied on these to instantly help calm down my acne, eczema and skin rashes.

As you might know this year, I’ve been rediscovering my skin and body through TCM and fixing bad habits that have caused a lot of issues in the past which has completely changed my life tbh. In TCM, most skin issues, like inflammation, is a product of either internal heat, and/or dampness 🔥

Barley Tea:
🌾50-100g Chinese barley
🌾1.5-2L water
🌾Sugar of choice (rock sugar, brown sugar, honey)
🌾2-3 leaves of pandan (to knot)

Mungbean Drink:
🫘1 cup mung beans (rinsed)
🫘6–8 cups water
🫘2–3 tbsp rock sugar (or honey, adjust to taste)
🫘Optional: pandan leaves (for fragrant aroma), coconut milk (for creaminess), barley, or dried tangerine peel (for digestion)

Chrysanthemum Tea:
🌼 10-12 chrysanthemum flowers
🌼 5-10 goji berries
🌼3-5 rosebuds (optional)
