Creating a Field Maps Data Collection Survey from a Supplied Layer in ArcGIS Pro

This tutorial is designed to help students use a feature layer from ArcGIS Online to create their own editable layer for use in ESRI's Field Maps App. The goal is to create a field survey instrument that other field workers to use to collect data observed in a portion of Hollywood, California to replace racist HOLC neighborhood typologies (redlining).
