Meta Decod developed a custom fixture for accurately determining the height of a workpiece during setup or inspection. A full set of technical drawings was delivered to the customer for further production.
Main units and mechanisms designed:
Height Measurement Arm – precisely detects the top surface of the workpiece
Adjustable Support Base – stabilizes the fixture and adapts to various workpiece sizes
Fine-Tuning Mechanism – allows micro-adjustments for exact height alignment
Locking Mechanism – secures the measuring arm in place once height is set
Reference Scale or Dial – provides visual readout of height measurement
