Mayor Bartlett's Imaginary Friend "Alex"
The Mayor of Shepherd's Glen has just a little too much personal baggage, if you ask me.
I accomplished this by removing Alex from the game using the Shepherd backyard glitch. I removed Alex's dialogue (and the dialogue branches) in editing. In normal gameplay, those still show up.
