豬手2只 - 2 ham hocks/pork knuckle
洋蔥1個 - 1 whole onion
鹽2湯匙 - 2tbsp of salt
黑胡椒粉2茶匙 - 2tsp of black pepper
油1茶匙 - 1tsp of olive oil
葛縷子1茶匙 - 1tsp of caraway seeds
黑啤酒1支 - 1 bottle of dark beer
