Fitness Journey | 30-Day Transformation + 13 Health & Fitness Tips

Recently, I decided to go on a health & fitness journey for myself and my health alone. However, this video will only include my 30-day results and the 13 tips, as my FULL 90-Day journey will be uploaded on the next video. In addition, please take note of the disclaimers, reminders, and details of the tips to avoid any misunderstandings.
