#116 Deep Sleep 💤 Bare-Bones Arduino (using wake up ⏱️ TIMER)
Savings battery power on the Arduino is a non-starter, as the board just consumes too much power, even when the ATmega328P chip is in Deep Sleep.
That notwithstanding here's an alternative method to bringing the chip out of sleep mode that is probably more useful than that described in video #15 which used switches.
And we get to see how much current a bare-bones Arduino consumes (spoiler alert: next to nothing!) - perfect for battery use.
