Bar Manager Sam Trusty's "Taking Back Sunday" is a bright and complex twist on a highball. Sunday's Japanese blended whiskey is light and smooth with hints of yuzu and cider. Juicy green pear is fragrant on the nose while genmaicha offers a dry finish with hints of toasted rice.
