Serious Head-On Collision in Moreno Valley: DUI Suspected

INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 8-265-23, 8:32pm
LOCATION: Iris
CITY: Moreno Valley
DETAILS:

Deputies from Riverside County Sheriff and Cal Fire, Riverside County responded to a major traffic collision reported with two cars involved.
When units arrived on scene they found two cars with major damage.
One person was transported suffering from major injuries.
Their status at this time is not known.
The driver of the second vehicle was placed under arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence.
According to witnesses it was a head on collision but police are still investigating the scene and can not confirm that.
