DIY - Transform Stocking to Thigh Highs (Easy)

Did you find that thigh highs are hard to find at stores? Now, you can make them yourself. ^^ You will just need a pair of stocking, elastic band,scissors, Thread&needle and sewing machine(this is optional, you can sew it by hand if don't have one). It only took me less than 15mins to make it. Try it out. ^^
