Part Two - Water Under The Bridge
Set during the Russian winter on the Eastern Front in WW2, this is a diorama I'm creating depicting a group of German soldiers resting behind the lines. Keeping warm around a camp fire, together with a captured Russian soldier, one fish's in the icy river, when 2 peasant Russian children appear on the bridge, having been unsuccessful on their own fishing trip. The boy calls out to the men below " Please Gospodin, spare us a fish?" The word 'Gospodin' is Russian, similar to the English word for 'Sir'.
This second video (of 3) shows the progression from video one, including creating the river, vegetation, 'what not to do', whitewashing the Panzer 4 & adding mud to the road.
