8:30 Morning Meeting Notes

Trading Posture: Mantra....We trade what we see! No rationalizing, no over thinking, simply read and react. 

-Position size could be the most important aspect of day trading. Find a size that allows you to execute without emotion. A size that allows you to execute the strategy and will not be disturbed by your gut feelings.
-DO NOT watch the P/L during the day. Execute the strategy & the P/L will follow.
-The absolute best time to begin a trade for the ARMR Day Trading Way is between 10a.m. & 11:30a.m. The trades that emanate from this time slot have the highest probability of success with the best Reward vs Risk matrix. We must execute during this time slot with the largest position size of the day.

Investing Posture: Risk Monitor Red / Negative Gamma 

-The rally of the last 1 & 1/2 days so far has taken on the characteristics of a counter trend bounce or what can be called a dead cat bounce
-Volume declining as markets move higher
-A defense of the 50 day moving avgs on the indexes was inevitable and what has occurred. It is what happens next that will determine our investing approach.
-The end of the week will be more important than any one day. The weekly close on the weekly bar chart will speak volumes 
-The SPY armrAlgo turned negative on 1/10 after being positive from 10/18/21. I will show you this during the Live Morning Meeting and explain the implications 
-Rotation vs Correction: Who will win. The jury is still out but new leadership groups are faring well in 2022:
-Energy: KMI OKE ENB WMB XOM [we own] XOP OIH et al [we have our sights on]
-Commodities: In all forms look strong as we target CAT DE PHYS PSLV COPX BHP RIO NEM GDX et al 
-Dividend stocks: Bit of an overlap as the best dividend stocks this year tend to have a commodity attached XOM KMI BHP etc 
-Top Shelf of ARMR Whiteboard: MGA BWA VC INTC BA HON LMT JPM GS MS HP RIG COPX
