Today's build video is Pheonix hawk Spectre.
the mech is a Legendary mech with special wings, jump jet.
plus, with ECM, you can easily harass enemies from high ground.
xLPL is the base, but I think BLC is a better fit.
low defense makes him difficult to face-to-face, and more importantly,
BLC+LMG combination allows him to make explosive deals in a short amount of time. (He also has LMG ROF).
It's tricky to work with, but it's a lot of fun!
